Vowel sorts!

Hi friends!
I am going to repost this freebie to be a part of Manic Monday on Classroom Freebies!

I still have a few kids that struggle with segmenting vowel sounds and writing CVC words.  I am SO proud of them and their progress so far - I've got some little bookworms a-brewin'! But for my little intervention group I created this vowel sort. I got this idea from one of my teammates who does something similar with syllable sorts. After all the Easter egg dyeing Ella and I did this past week, I had those little dyeing cups leftover and they make PERFECT sorting cups!

Here is what I made:

I made this a little mini-packet for my followers for free! You could do this many different ways - you don't have to put them on sticks. (It's just more fun if there is a Popsicle stick involved!! :)
